Rooted in Connection
A Compassionate Parenting Circle
A weekly circle for intentional parenting, inner growth, and community connection
September-June
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed?
You’ve read the books, tried the strategies, and still find yourself wondering why it feels so hard. You just want to enjoy your time with your child—but instead, you’re juggling stress, self-doubt, too many expectations, and never enough time.
You don’t have to do it alone.
This facilitated circle is here to support you in finding more ease, connection, and confidence on your parenting journey. Together, we’ll explore how to meet your child where they are, trust your own inner wisdom, and create a family culture that reflects your deepest values.
Come be part of a growing village of parents—where you can share honestly, feel supported, and grow alongside others on a similar path.
Weekly Parent Circle
Holding parents, so they can hold their children.
This is more than a parenting class and more than a support group.
It’s a weekly space for reflection, guidance, and community support. It's a place to exhale, to feel seen, and to grow alongside other parents navigating the beautiful and messy work of raising children.
Together, we’ll explore the inner work of parenting.
This is not a space where you'll be told how to parent.
Instead, you'll learn to tune into your own wisdom, understand your child more deeply, and connect with others walking a similar path.

Why This, Why Now?
Children need emotionally resourced adults.
And adults need support, too.
This program is rooted in the belief that healing ourselves transforms how we parent—and how our children grow. It’s about making space for your own process, so you can show up with more presence, clarity, and connection.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Christy, and I created this group because I believe that parenting is one of the most courageous and transformative journeys a person can take. As someone who has spent two decades supporting families as an early childhood educator, a nature connection mentor, and most recently a Process Work counselor, I’ve seen firsthand how much healing and growth becomes possible when parents are deeply supported.
I’m not a parent myself—but I have been a caregiver, teacher, mentor, and guide for many years. I bring my background in Waldorf education, Process Work, Compassionate Inquiry, and my passion for helping families create meaningful rhythms, navigate conflict with compassion, and connect with their inner wisdom.
This program brings together everything I’ve learned—and everything I believe can help parents feel more resourced, less alone, and more connected to what really matters.
FAQs
-
Inner work means slowing down and tuning in. Each session includes a short guided practice—like a visualization or reflection—to help you connect with what’s going on inside you. It’s a way to explore your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, and to uncover the deeper needs or values underneath.
This kind of self-reflection helps you respond to your child with more clarity, compassion, and intention. It’s not about fixing anything—it’s about listening inward and discovering your own wisdom.
-
No, childcare is not provided. I know this can be a challenge, and I encourage you to reach out to your support network if possible. Some families have found creative ways to trade childcare with friends or take turns attending.

Each registration is intended for one consistent participant. This helps us create a sense of safety, rhythm, and continuity in the group.
If you and your co-parent would both like to attend, we’d love to have you — just register separately. If you have a unique situation or need flexibility, feel free to reach out.

Because this is a small, community-based group with limited space, we aren’t able to offer full refunds. That said, if after the first or second session you realize it’s not the right fit, I’m happy to offer a prorated refund—just reach out and let me know.
If you can’t attend and know someone who’s genuinely interested in joining, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to them. Please send me a quick email to coordinate. Thanks for your understanding and support!
