They say it takes a village to raise a child—and I believe it takes support, reflection, and community for families to truly thrive. Whether you're parenting solo, co-parenting, or navigating complex dynamics within a multi-generational household, I offer a space where your whole family system can be seen and supported.
I work with families navigating a wide range of challenges, from behavioral concerns and emotional struggles to parenting differences and relational tension. Rather than focusing on just one person as “the problem,” I hold a systems lens—meaning we’ll explore how each person is affected and how the whole family can move toward greater understanding, connection, and healing.
Sometimes I work with the whole family together, sometimes with the parents, and sometimes individually with a child—but even when I'm working one-on-one, I stay connected to the whole picture. If we focus on a child’s experience, I’ll involve parents through regular check-ins and collaborative sessions, so that the family can grow together.
My work is deeply informed by over two decades of experience with children and families, including my time as a Waldorf-trained early childhood educator and nature connection mentor. I bring a developmental, holistic, and relational approach—one that honors the wisdom of the child, the challenges of parenting, and the healing power of play, story, and nature.
Family Counseling
Coming September 2025!
A new offering for parents focused on emotional support, communication and conflict tools, and cultivating your unique family culture. More information can be found here. If you’d like to receive updates and be added to my monthly newsletter, where I share upcoming offerings, seasonal reflections, and resources for parents and families, please subscribe below.
I work with all kinds of relationships—romantic partners, co-parents, friends, siblings, even colleagues—offering a space to slow down, explore recurring challenges, and learn new ways of relating. Whether you’re navigating conflict, transitions, or simply wanting more connection, our work focuses on what’s happening beneath the surface.
My approach isn’t about taking sides or offering quick fixes.
Rather than jumping into who’s right or wrong, we explore what might be unfolding underneath the tension—often unspoken emotions, old patterns, or parts of ourselves that long to be understood.
I don’t follow a formula, but I do offer tools, reflections, and new perspectives when they feel supportive. My role is to help each person connect to their inner experience, communicate from a more grounded place, and begin to truly hear one another, moving toward deeper understanding and connection.

Relational Counseling
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and supported. Many of the people I work with are seeking more than just symptom relief—they want to better understand themselves, grow through their challenges, and reconnect with their inner strength, creativity, and purpose.
Together, we’ll follow the wisdom of your unique process—whether that means exploring a recurring pattern, a relationship conflict, a body symptom, a dream, or simply the feeling that something in your life is ready to shift. I’ll bring empathy, awareness, and intuition to support you in finding meaning and movement in whatever is arising.
If something in you feels called to do this work, I’d love to hear from you.
Individual Counseling
Dreamwork Sessions
Dreams speak in the language of the soul. Whether your dream was vivid and strange, disturbing or beautiful, recurring or just a fleeting image, I believe it carries something meaningful for your life.
In dreamwork sessions, I’ll guide you through a gentle process of exploring the symbols, emotions, and energies in your dream. We may use visualization, movement, drawing, or dialogue to deepen the experience. Rather than interpreting your dream for you, I’ll support you in uncovering your own insights, following your body’s signals and your intuition.
These sessions are also available for children and teens who are curious about their dreams or struggling with nightmares. Dreamwork can be a powerful way for young people to make sense of their inner world, process fears, and connect with their creativity. Depending on the age of the child, parents may be invited to participate in part of the session.
Dreams can reveal deep inner truths, reconnect us with lost parts of ourselves, and offer surprising guidance during difficult times. You are welcome to sign up for these as needed — sometimes a single session is all it takes to bring clarity or healing.
